A company is looking for a Business Process Manager to lead initiatives supporting the Legal organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of associate managers and process consultants to implement best-in-class processes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and embed standard methodologies
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Required Qualifications
A minimum of nine years of experience in business process development and at least two years in a leadership role
OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of six years of experience in business process and two years in a leadership role
Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex change initiatives
Proven experience in cultivating high-performing teams and fostering continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability in leading and growing virtual teams in a collaborative work environment
