Job Description
The Department of Otolaryngology is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Laboratory Technician to support the operations of the Allergy Clinic. This role is essential in the preparation, formulation, and delivery of allergy immunotherapy vials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service for patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities
o Formulate and prepare allergy immunotherapy vials, including Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT / drops) and Subcutaneous Immunotherapy (SCIT / injections), in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
o Ensure accurate and timely preparation, packaging, and mailing of allergy vials when applicable.
o Maintain accurate records of allergy-related supplies and coordinate purchases as needed to support uninterrupted clinic operations.
o Adhere to laboratory safety standards, clinic policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining meticulous documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
One of the following :
associates degree (or equivalent credit hours) from an accredited Medical
Laboratory Technician program; or
associates degree (or equivalent credit hours) in chemistry, biology, physics,
or
associates degree (or equivalent credit hours) in chemistry, biology, physics,
or health science, and completion of a military laboratory training program of
at least one (1) year duration; or
bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, physics, or health science.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range : $22.00-$34.74
Grade : PAT-007
