Wound Care Nurse Practitioner – Bend, Oregon (Onsite, Mobile)

My client, a rapidly growing mobile wound care provider, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) to deliver advanced wound care to patients throughout Bend, Oregon and surrounding Central Oregon communities such as Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver. You’ll serve a diverse patient population in skilled nursing facilities, adult care homes, and private residences across scenic Central Oregon. Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Travel within Bend and nearby cities (Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine) to provide comprehensive wound care.
• See up to 35 patients per week; full-time, 1099 independent contractor.
• Valid NP / PA license, board certification, driver’s license, and reliable transportation required.
• Training : 3 weeks (virtual & in-person, some travel required).
