EY's Life Sciences Consulting Services assists clients in balancing protecting the business with driving measurable value. The practice supports strategic innovation priorities, improves operational efficiency, and embeds compliance across the R&D value chain (discovery, pre-clinical, clinical, translational, post-market surveillance / real-world evidence) in life sciences and healthcare settings.

The Opportunity

This senior role within EY's Consulting practice offers the opportunity to support and lead client engagements, build solutions, and drive market innovation. You will work with large pharma, biotechnology, academic medical centers, health systems, cancer centers, and more, focusing on areas such as strategic planning, business transformation, operating model optimization, clinical trial acceleration, complex data analytics, research compliance and regulatory affairs, and technology implementation support.

Your Key Responsibilities

A majority of your time will be spent supporting client engagement teams and delivering professional services in life sciences and health domains.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Foundational understanding of R&D processes, terminology, and challenges across preclinical research, clinical development, regulatory affairs, and quality and safety functions
• Strong intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to deepen knowledge of evolving scientific, technological, and business trends in R&D
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills to dissect challenges, interpret data, and deliver evidence-based insights
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailoring messages for diverse audiences including senior executives
