Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for the role of Machine Operator I in the Arlington, TX 76001 area.

The position will be responsible of Preparing and operates machines to process / produce a high quality product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Prepares machine for production by checking operating parameters and equipment for safety.
  • Makes certain materials for production are available.
  • Load parts into machines.
  • Removes parts from machine after cycle is complete.
  • Inspects parts.
  • Repairs defective parts.
  • Cleans molds and equipment.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Shift, Schedule, and Pay :

  • ETC – 1st Shift – Monday -Friday 5 : 30am-1 : 30pm
  • $16.00 per hour

    • Qualification Requirements :

  • Entry level position.
  • Works under close supervision.
  • Conversion of weights and measures.
  • Comprehension of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition / subtraction, multiplication / division).

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged standing.
  • Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, and stooping.
  • Press operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 75 pounds.
  • Blaster operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 20 pounds.
  • Deflasher operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 20 pounds.
  • Arc spray operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 40 pounds.
  • Work in heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
