Quality Contractors is seeking an experienced Foreman / Equipment Operator with a proven background in civil utility construction. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience installing water and sewer lines, operating excavators efficiently, and leading a crew on-site. Applicants must be proficient in shooting grades, understanding elevations, and reading construction drawings.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of operating an excavator for a civil utility company

Minimum 3 years as a foreman

Strong knowledge of water and sewer installation

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and elevations

Proficiency in grade checking and layout

Valid DL
