We are seeking a Manager of Data Engineering to lead the modernization of an enterprise data platform.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll guide a talented team of engineers in building scalable, cloud-based data solutions that power analytics, financial reporting, and AI initiatives across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making and shape the company's digital future.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing data engineering & AI / ML team.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models that connect financial, operational, and analytical systems.
- Drive modernization using platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
- Champion data governance, security, and quality.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted actionable insight.
