Materials & Warehouse Manager I

BAE Systems is seeking a Materials & Warehouse Manager I to join its organization. Responsibilities include :

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, tool rooms, transportation, vendor, and customer services
• Develop and lead staff to exceed defined company and departmental performance metrics
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Ensure staff and process compliance with all contractual and / or prescribed requirements
• Support all internal and external audits and / or surveillance
• Ensure MMAS material management criteria meets or exceeds requirements
• Maintain a minimum of 95% inventory accuracy measurement
• Perform COSA (Control Owner Self Assessment) management
• Maintain high level pass rate on all audits or surveillances
• Maintain a 6S workspaces throughout areas of responsibility
• Develop and maintain high level working knowledge of all material management systems
• Provide continuous staff training
• Perform audit on Level 2 and 3 ISO (PAL) procedures annually for validity
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess the logistics team's performance and implement improvements

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $90373 - $153634. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
