Scope of Practice : Focused on General Psychiatry. Outpatient setting only Ability to do inpatient rounding if desired Outpatient Details : Flexible schedule tailored to your needs. Options for part-time and full-time roles. 4-day WW can be arranged! TelePsychiatry available. Group call rotation : 1 : 17 (phone consultations only). Opportunities to engage in resident education. Compensation & Benefits : Attractive compensation model : Base salary with production bonus. Estimated base salary : Approximately $350,000 (DOE), potential up to $400K. Signing bonus : $35,000.
