We are looking for a motivated Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator to provide procurement and product catalog management functions for East View Map Link (EVML). Duties of the Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator include product (maps and atlases) sourcing and selection, cultivating and maintaining vendor relations, and product management.

This job is onsite at a warehouse located in Maple Plain, MN (20 minutes west of Minneapolis, MN).

The ideal candidate should have ERP (specifically NetSuite) experience, excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail. If you have previous experience of working solo in a small company, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator will be a vendor relationship builder, be comfortable working in a fast-paced large volume environment and know how to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Source and select product
• Maintain and create vendor relationships
• Manage product catalog includes creation of new product records and maintenance of existing product
• Create and submit purchase orders required to procure all EVML inventory
• Resolve discrepancies in inventory and handle credit requests from vendors
