Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy and roadmap
Design and deliver diverse training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or sales enablement roles
Demonstrated success leveraging AI to enhance sales performance
Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and familiar with sales enablement software
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
