job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFast-moving, innovative project with real-world impact Autonomy to explore and experiment A culture that values getting things done over perfection Experience leading AI-driven proofs of concept from ideation to deployment Ability to identify and develop AI opportunities within business workflows Experience embedding AI solutions that enhance existing processes rather than operate as standalone tools Strong understanding of AI use cases including automation, predictive analytics and document intelligence Expertise in building scalable data pipelines to support ML model development and rapid prototyping Skilled in working with both structured and unstructured data sources Experience designing, training and deploying NLP models for document summarisation, classification or key information extraction Proficiency in developing predictive analytics Understanding of model evaluation metrics and testing frameworks Strong Python programming skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn or Hugging Face Transformers Familiarity with cloud-based ML environments such as Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker or GCP Vertex AI

About the Project
We’re working with a leading construction technology company to help them harness AI across their business. They have a large library of specifications, contracts and bids, and this project focuses on turning that data into value through rapid AI experimentation and proofs of concept.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where progress matters more than perfection, helping identify high-impact use cases for further investment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead AI-driven proofs of concept from idea to delivery
- Build and iterate on data pipelines and ML models to enhance business processes
- Identify and prototype AI opportunities in automation, prediction and document intelligence
- Work hands-on with large, complex datasets
