Responsibilities

• Manage Sourcing team members
• Serve as point of escalation for Procurement Managed Services team leadership
• Analytics onboarding and contracting end-to-end TAT metrics and capacity planning - Partner with Sourcing Analyst on Analytics COE
• Uphold and oversee programs / policies, processes, and controls documentation to ensure an audit ready, risk posture
• Continual process improvement identification and implementation for risk ready posture and continual evaluation of processes and procedures
• Maintain / develop good working relationships with business, operations, Finance and IT professionals
• Ensures team-wide sharing of best practices and provides process / procedural training and advice to Team Members as required
• Approval backstopping and delegation from Director of Procurement (DoP)
• Procurement and Third-Party Risk (onboarding and due diligence) policies, procedures and controls tracking
• Quality control and adherence to Procurement documentation
