We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves managing client and internal projects, including planning, resource allocation, and developing effective test strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure the successful completion of projects while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of assignments.
• Collaborate with clients and third-party vendors to oversee and review project plans.
• Design and implement testing procedures, including scripts and scenarios, to validate system functionality.
• Document and log all activities related to project tasks and assignments.
• Address client inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Ensure programs meet client requirements and are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Act as a consultant to clients, offering guidance and maintaining open communication about project status and challenges.
• Provide recommendations to improve project tracking and documentation processes.
• Assist in product and project support while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Stay updated on evolving client expectations and industry standards to deliver optimal solutions.
• Minimum of a 2-year degree in technical services or a related field, or equivalent experience and certifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development, with preference for financial industry experience, particularly Symitar.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework.
• Strong skills in JavaScript for front-end and back-end development.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Symitar environments is highly valued.
