Required Competencies

At least 1 year of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry as a General Manager, preferably in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment

1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions

1 year of scheduling experience

1 year of inventory and truck ordering experience

1 year of cash handling experience

1 year of customer service experience

1 year of managing food and labor costs / metrics

A leader and role model for the employees

Top-notch customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent leadership skills

A passion to drive numbers

Proven experience building winning teams

Active ServSafe Certification preferred

At least 18 years of age

High school Diploma / Equivalency

Valid Driver's License

Must submit to a background check
