About the role
We are looking for an experienced C ontent Strategist to lead our content initiatives in an AI-driven landscape. This senior position requires a strategic thinker who can harness the power of artificial intelligence to change how we create, optimize, and distribute content across all channels. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that leverage AI tools to drive engagement, enhance SEO performance, and accelerate business growth.

Develop and implement AI-first content strategies across websites, campaigns, and SEO.Integrate modern tools and AI capabilities into content creation workflows to improve efficiency and qualityCreate content standards and processes that balance creative excellence with operational scalability (AI efficiency)Lead content personalization initiatives and audience-specific content developmentContent creation and optimization
Create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and consistencyUse AI tools strategically to enhance content ideation, drafting, and optimization processesWork with the SEO team to Implement advanced SEO strategies including semantic search optimization, content clustering, and optimization for emerging search paradigmsDevelop content strategies for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure discoverability across AI-powered search platformsCreate content that performs well in traditional search engines as well as AI assistants, chatbots, and generative search experiencesDevelop scalable content frameworks and templates for consistent quality across channelsTechnology and tools
Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI content creation tools and platformsDrive team members on AI tool usage and best practicesStay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on content strategyDevelop AI prompt engineering expertise to maximize tool performancePerformance and analytics
