A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage HRIS platforms and provide analytics support within the People Team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the system owner and administrator for HRIS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Oversee data integrity, workflows, and integrations between HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other platforms
Develop and deliver HR analytics dashboards and reports to inform People strategy
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS management, or People Analytics
Proven expertise with HR systems including configuration and optimization
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and compliance
Experience in stakeholder management and analytical interpretation of complex datasets
