Key Responsibilities

Model good communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients

Promptly accept and respond to service requests via calls, chats, or texts

Maintain knowledge of resources and programs for effective client referrals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Experience in crisis intervention and assessment

Ability to document assessments and client interactions in a timely manner

Strong collaboration skills with staff and referral sources

Familiarity with mental health resources and programs
