Job Summary
The Events Assistant will help coordinate and organize client events, promotional activities, and brand experiences. This role is perfect for someone energetic, organized, and eager to start a career in events and brand management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, setup, and coordination
Prepare and organize event materials, signage, and supplies
Help track inventory and promotional items for each event
Provide administrative support to the events team before, during, and after events
Communicate with clients and team members to ensure all details are handled smoothly
Maintain event schedules and reports for management review
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
No prior experience required training provided
