Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive complex initiatives focused on Routing and Scheduling systems optimization. This role is responsible for designing, simulating, and implementing solutions that align with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in process analysis and re-engineering, with a strong ability to evaluate business systems and recommend improvements.
As a key contributor to operational excellence, you will identify challenges and opportunities within current and future business environments, champion process improvements, and lead efforts to enhance quality and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing workflows and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Enhance routing and scheduling algorithms to improve route optimization and overall operational performance
- Partner with leadership to standardize operational processes and develop scalable workflows
- Research industry best practices to establish benchmarks and guide strategic planning
- Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights for process enhancement
- Conduct root cause analyses and performance reviews to recommend and implement process control improvements
- Develop and deliver training programs on process improvement methodologies and tools
- Create compelling presentations and business cases, including ROI analyses, to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and build models that support informed decision-making
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or project management (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Proven experience in project management, change management, and business process analysis3–5 years of leadership experience in Routing and SchedulingPreferred : MBA, Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality certification with recent hands-on applicationStrong knowledge of continuous improvement principles and methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and business process analysis skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation deliveryProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Salesforce and systems designAbility to influence leadership and cross-functional teamsStrong business and financial acumenWork Environment & Physical Demands & Compensation
Standard office setting with regular use of computers, phones, and office equipmentFlexibility to work outside normal hours, including occasional travel, weekends, or holidays based on business needsPhysical requirements include frequent standing, walking, and use of hands; occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 poundsThis is a salaried, exempt role with a pay range of $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience. The position is in-office only; remote or hybrid options are not available.
