A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst to support savings initiatives and predictive modeling efforts in the health plan.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and refine actuarial methodologies for managed care savings initiatives
Evaluate financial impacts of cost management strategies in collaboration with clinical and operational teams
Build predictive models to forecast utilization and analyze cost and utilization trends
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field
Successful completion of 4+ exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
5 years of healthcare actuarial experience
Experience writing queries in SQL or another programming language
Demonstrated project management experience in data-related and financial analysis projects
