The process analyst evaluates and assesses various processes and composes specific plans to improve business performance. These analysts gather necessary information, perform data analysis, and maintain data and analyses for future use in financial planning. A process analyst must excel in strategic thinking, financial analysis, strategy development, systems thinking, and decision-making.
The process analyst will determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs. They will analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs, communicate complex data in comprehensible ways, identify user needs from user requests, and develop strategies to meet those needs. They will critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate the quality of the final analysis.
Team Culture / Work Environment
The team is a small enterprise that may be exposed to multiple areas of the business, focused on understanding people, process, and technology. It builds work structured around Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies and recommends fact-based solutions to operation and system opportunities.
Key Projects
Projects will depend on the skillset, but key skills in structured data or knowledge of loan and lease lending processes are valued. There is a possibility of extension, but no current conversion opportunity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Nice to have skills include banking and finance experience, exposure to IT development. Disqualifiers include lack of critical thinking skills, experience in regulated industries (banking, healthcare, etc), and experience level.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $43.00 / hr. Benefits may include medical, dental & vision, 401(k) / Roth, basic / supplemental life & AD&D, short and long-term disability, HSA & DCFSA, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, and company-paid time off or state sick leave.
