RMA Lead | Fort Worth, TX

Nexeo HR is hiring an experienced RMA Lead to join a global supply chain organization in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This leadership role oversees the return merchandise process within a warehouse operation. The RMA Lead will manage a small team, ensure accurate and timely processing of returned goods, maintain proper documentation, and enforce company policies related to product returns. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to drive efficiency and resolve recurring return issues in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the RMA team in day-to-day return merchandise activities
Process returned items accurately and promptly in accordance with company procedures
Inspect returned products for defects, damages, or other return reasons, and determine next steps (restock, refurbish, disposal, etc.)
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Inventory teams to ensure proper handling of returns
Maintain accurate documentation of all RMA transactions and generate required reports
Train and mentor RMA staff to achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy
Enforce safety standards and warehouse procedures within the RMA area
Partner with Customer Service and Sales teams to clarify issues and resolve discrepancies
Identify trends in returns and provide feedback to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe RMA work area

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in RMA or returns-related functions

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Must pass a 10-year background check and drug screening

Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Knowledge of return processes, product inspection, and inventory control

Pay

$23.00–$25.50 per hour

Schedule

A2 Shift (Weeknights) : $23 per hour | Tuesday – Friday, 6 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM

B2 Shift (Weekend Nights) : $25.50 per hour | Saturday – Monday, 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM
