As the Safety Manager at City Night-Life Entertainment Corp, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both guests and staff. You will work closely with management and security teams to minimize risks, manage compliance with safety regulations, and handle emergency response planning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the venue
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and liquor licensing laws
  • Oversee emergency preparedness plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures
  • Train staff on safety practices, emergency response, and incident reporting
  • Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses promptly
  • Collaborate with security, management, and external agencies to maintain a safe environment
  • Manage incident documentation and maintain safety records
  • Recommend improvements and corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Monitor crowd control and implement measures to avoid overcrowding or unsafe situations

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in safety management, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industries
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response, and risk management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience conducting safety audits and investigations
  • Familiarity with local laws regarding alcohol service and occupancy limits
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid / CPR) are a plus
