Customer Service Representative
While reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will be a customer advocate who shows great follow through and can be highly productive in a fast-paced work environment.
What you'll be doing :
- You will handle any customer questions or concerns regarding order status and other related issues.
- You will maintain customer files both physical and in the computer system
- You will coordinate with production and ensure orders are scheduled and all deliveries are on time
- You will quote customers pricing, enter new customer projects and any corrective actions.
- You will prepare sample orders for sales staff and customers.
- You will be forward facing to walk-in customers and visitors providing additional light receptionist duties as needed.
This position is located in DeKalb, IL Facility.
