The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. (RFMH), in collaboration with the New York State Office of Mental Health is actively seeking a talented and driven Programmer / Analyst I to become the technical lead and expert in development and data management related to OMH's multi-layered research compliance management system, OneAegis. Working with compliance organizations throughout OMH and RFMH, this unique full-time position requires an individual with strong logical mindset, critical thinking and a solid understanding of good data structure design. Script-based development to support data "API" integration is also required. Experience with research compliance programs, or a desire to develop in this field, is a strong plus.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and support forms, workflows, reports and processes within all modules of the OMH OneAegis platform.
• Create reports and report distribution flows to address local, agency and federal compliance activities.
• Adhere to applicable technology standards including change management, access control and secure system design.
• Work with the product vendor to build business-to-business data flows and integrations
• Work with application development, database and business intelligence teams to manage data processing to / from OneAegis and ancillary systems
