What You Will Get To Do

As a Sr. Manager reporting to the SEIT Specialty Engineering Director, you will provide execution leadership for planning and performing specialty systems engineering activities across the SEIT portfolio. You will oversee technical and programmatic aspects and serve as the primary delegate to the SEIT Specialty Engineering Director. You will manage day-to-day operations of the SEIT team and ensure alignment with the program road map and major program events.

This is a highly strategic role requiring systems thinking, organizational awareness, and expertise in cost, schedule, and technical risks related to specialty engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities Include

• Leading the integration of specialty engineering disciplines across programs to ensure robust, innovative, and compliant solutions.
• Supporting program schedules, milestones, and deliverables while identifying and mitigating risks to specialty engineering performance.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategies for optimizing system lifecycle performance and addressing technical challenges.
• Providing expertise in areas such as Nuclear Hardness, System Safety, E3 (EMI, EMC and TEMPEST), and Human Systems Engineering.
• Ensuring adherence to programmatic requirements, regulatory compliance, and company processes.
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing a diverse team of specialty engineering professionals.

Salary and Additional Information

Primary Level Salary Range : $178,500.00 - $267,700.00. The salary range is a general guideline; base salary offers consider scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. May be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses. VP / Director roles may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
