What will you be doing?

• Support closing process : Assist with monthly and quarterly closing by providing accurate data and audit support material
• Escalation point of contact : Serve as primary contact for system-related posting exceptions in SAP FEBAN, collaborating with IT and Accounting to drive resolution
• Load and process files into SAP : Ensure all inbound and outbound cash is accurately posted and cleared across all entities daily
• Communicate with customs brokers : Support ownership with customs brokers and internal Logistics to ensure compliance, timely reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Prepare and deliver reports : Provide weekly reports highlighting posting status, unapplied cash, exception metrics, and customs processing timelines
• Internal document preparation : Provide internal control documentation for audit or SOX testing related to SAP posting or customs workflows
• Manage process documents : Actively update training guides, and process documentation related to cash posting and customs reconciliation
