Compensation :

• BT PAID training for RBT Certification : Colorado minimum wage
• RBT compensation range : $18.50-$24 / hour based on experience
• Sign-on bonus : Up to $500 (for teammates who have completed the 40-hour RBT corsework and complete their RBT certification within 2 weeks, or for those bringing an existing RBT certification)
• Performance bonuses : Up to $1,200 annually based on attendance and note completion
• Guaranteed hours : 30 hours per week for employees in good standing, regardless of client cancellations

Physical Requirements :

The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.
