Salary : Production + Flat Rate for Admin Tasks

Company Overview :

  • PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL)Staffing Companythat works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
  • We are contracted tostaff and managethe following positions : Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.

Position Overview :

  • Oversee 2-8 associates at a cold storage warehouse, unloading containers + palletizing floor load product.
  • Main Objective : Assist + Monitor work / Document work completed
  • Schedule : 6 : 30am - 3 : 30pm
  • Production Pay + $40 Daily for Admin. Tasks

    • Daily Responsibilities :

  • Supervise team members unloading containers
  • Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols
  • Assist in Training New Hires
  • Document Work Completed during Shift
  • Help Unload Containers

    • Requirements :

  • Able to lift 50lbs consistently
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
  • Reliable Transportation
