Pay Range : $30.00–$34.00 / hour (or more based on experience)

Schedule :  Day Shift. 32-40 hours a week, plus on-call rotation.

What You’ll Do :

As a Registered Nurse , you will ensure that caregiving staff are trained in nurse delegated procedures and facility policies, which are current and up to date. This role will report directly to the Clinical Nurse Supervisor. You’ll :

• Complete individualized assessments upon admission and routinely, per regulatory requirements, and with changes of condition.
• Works as part of the caregiving team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions.
• Coordinate care with Primary Providers and other community healthcare resources.
• Appropriate delegation of care tasks to non-licensed personnel.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training of caregiver staff.
