What You'll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.Monitor and control access to the distribution and logistics facility, verifying credentials and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and vehicles.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating when necessary.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or unusual circumstances according to site procedures.Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding daily activities and notable events.Assist with security-related investigations and collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders if required.Operate access control systems and maintain logs of visitor and vehicle entries and exits.What We're Looking For
