Job Summary

As a Pizza Chef, you will play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring every pizza is prepared with precision, passion,

and the freshest ingredients. Your responsibilities include :

Setting up and managing the pizza station to ensure smooth service.
Receiving and preparing guest orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
Crafting, baking, and plating pizzas to meet our quality and presentation standards.
Maintaining a clean, organized workstation while following food safety guidelines.

Look the Part – Maintain uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.

Know the Menu – Accurately describe prep methods, ingredients, portion sizes,& available substitutions.

Be a Team Player – Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and assist teammates as needed.

Stay Organized – Maintain par levels, minimize waste, and complete prep lists with accuracy.

Deliver Excellence – Ensure every menu item meets company quality standards without exception.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have :

The ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Physical stamina to lift pots, pans, and other kitchen items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.

A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and delivering high-quality food.

Basic math skills for accurate portioning and ingredient measurements.

The ability to stand, walk, and move efficiently for extended periods.

Flexibility to lift, stoop, and bend as needed in a kitchen setting.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role is both physically and mentally demanding. As a Pizza Chef, you will :

Support the restaurant's mission, values, and vision.

Follow all safety procedures, including fire safety, risk management, and emergency plans.

Maintain confidentiality of all employee and operational data.

Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to a team-oriented environment, assisting co-workers as needed.

Communicate professionally and tactfully, even in high-pressure situations.

Complete required training, adhere to uniform and hygiene standards, 7 uphold all workplace policies.

Operate essential kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, dishwashers, slicers, mixers, steamers, and

chef's knives.
