Overview
The Blandy Experimental Farm at the University of Virginia seeks a part-time, seasonal Environmental Educator (Staff Wage) to work with the preK-12 education program team. This role supports program preparation and instruction for Blandy's preK-12 environmental education programs.

Physical Demands
The employee will teach outdoors in various weather conditions and may stand for prolonged periods (up to 5 hours) and walk up to 3 miles per day on varied terrain. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Good hearing, speech, vision, movement, and dexterity are required.
More Information
Anticipated hourly range : $19–$22 per hour. The position will remain open until filled. This wage position is not eligible for leave or other benefits and is limited to 1500 hours of work per year.
