A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Initiatives and Major Gifts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a major gifts roadmap aligned with strategic priorities
Oversee event planning and execution for donor and partner events
Manage and mentor direct report(s) while improving donor management systems
Required Qualifications
Experience in major gift fundraising and donor cultivation
Proven track record of managing donor relationships and events
Experience with Salesforce or similar donor management systems
Strong background in nonprofit leadership and strategic initiatives
Ability to work remotely while being located near San Francisco, CA
