Position Overview
The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for improving all aspects of inventory control and accuracy within warehouse operations. This role will report into the Director, Warehouse Operations.
Key Job Responsibilities
Organize and maintain accurate inventory, reconciling inventory discrepancies.
Responsible for the preparation, execution, and reconciliation of the annual physical inventory.
Work closely with the Warehouse Team and Inventory Control.
Develop, Create, Analyze and Distribute regular inventory management reports.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a warehouse environment and at event venues or hotel / convention center locations as applicable. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by the company and be prepared for travel. The warehouse environment may include exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt, sand, and dust, and working conditions can range from moderately quiet to noisy. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
