Research Program Manager

A company is looking for a Research Program Manager III to support internal research programs and coordinate initiatives for user insights in product development.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with researchers and vendors to support ongoing user feedback programs

Manage internal review processes and contract submissions for vendor engagements

Organize and catalog research findings to ensure accessibility across teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally supporting research teams

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Experience managing vendor relationships

Experience collaborating with UX / design or research functions

Familiarity with launching research programs, including participant panels and workflow design
