As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal supporting a dynamic technology and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain visibility throughout the premises, and respond to incidents or requests for assistance with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Communication and teamwork are key in this role, as you collaborate with colleagues to uphold Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns within the location.Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions, documenting incidents according to Allied Universal's protocols.Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and provide information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.Support site-specific security-related operations for a technology, media, or telecom environment, adapting to varying working conditions as required.What We're Looking For :

Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.Access control and badge experience is preferred.CPR and first aid certification is preferred.A valid guard card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
