About the Role

Were seeking experienced Glaziers to join leading commercial glazing and faade contractors in Tampa market. These firms specialize in projects across storefront, curtain wall, unitized systems, window wall, and metal panels - from mid-rise mixed-use developments to large-scale institutional and healthcare facilities.

Youll be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of architectural glass systems, working both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality building envelope solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install glass and aluminum framing for storefronts, curtain walls, and window systems
• Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Install glazing materials including glass, sealants, gaskets, setting blocks, and weatherproofing
• Safely operate hand and power tools, lifts, and equipment
• Collaborate closely with superintendents, project managers, and field teams to ensure quality and schedule compliance
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, precision, and workmanship

Qualifications
