Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of various strategic initiatives and operational projects. This role works directly under the Chief Operations and Strategy Officer (COSO), ensuring all projects align with the company's overarching strategic goals and operational objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized professional with excellent communication and leadership skills. This position will manage small to large-scale projects and multi-project initiatives using industry best practices and healthcare systems engineering principles.

The position reports to Chief Operations and Strategy Officer (COSO). No positions report to this role.

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure project requirements, constraints, and assumptions are defined, documented, and communicated to establish project deliverables.
• Assemble project teams, establish authority, and communicate project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Establish a template for coordination and management of upcoming new clinics / service lines.
• Work closely with the COSO to ensure all projects support the company's long-term strategic vision.
• Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable project plans, managing multiple projects concurrently to achieve strategic objectives in conjunction with key colleagues.
• Will also work to eliminate process waste and improve value for patients, staff, and providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and challenges to the COSO and other relevant parties.
• Facilitate meetings, capture minutes, and maintain visibility of project status for all stakeholders and leadership.
• Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, time, and budget. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Will also manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost to keep project plans accurate and reflective of authorized changes.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and improve future project management processes.
• Also assist with identifying, disseminating, and scaling best practices through project execution.
