A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account management strategies to achieve retention and growth targets
Oversee customer account strategies to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and ensure satisfaction
Define and track key account management metrics while implementing scalable processes for team efficiency
Required Qualifications
10+ years in account management, customer success, or sales leadership, with 3+ years in a team leadership role
Experience in SaaS, AI / ML, or enterprise technology environments is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven ability to lead and scale account management or customer success teams
Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with experience managing multimillion-dollar account portfolios
