Assist the hygienist and dentist during patient treatmentPresent and coordinate treatment plans with confidence and careSchedule appointments while navigating patient needsMaintain dental instruments, supplies, and treatment roomsComplete sterilization, charting, and health history documentationSupport patients with comfort and professionalismManage inventory and ensure all materials are ready for care✅ What We’re Looking For :

Dental Assistant Essential Requirements
DA Training or equivalentPreferred 2-5 years of Dental Assistant experienceAchieved CDA certification, or completed radiological equivalency exam through NC State Board of Dental Examiners, or completed CODA-accredited dental assisting programCPR certified, or will become CPR certified within 30 days of hireAbility to professionally present clinical information regarding treatment plans and insurance information to patientsKnowledge of Eaglesoft and / or Denticon software a plusRegular and timely attendanceAbility to demonstrate independent thinking and exercise good judgment ability to formulate, affect, interpret, and / or implement operating practicesAbility to demonstrate a teamwork approach to job responsibilitiesAbility to demonstrate initiative, dependability and promptnessMust perform frequent repetitive work with attention to detailMust have the ability to be flexible and accept different work assignments within the practice, including traveling to other locations, with a positive approachAbility to follow instructions and takes responsibility for own actionsAbility to exercise confidentiality with Patients and patient careMust listen attentively for clarification to ensure necessary outcomesLanguage and Reasoning Abilities
