• Handles inbound processing and assists with the production of outbound mailing services.
• Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and / or employee to ensure timely distribution.
• Enters and updates information into databases
• Copies and pastes information from one source to another
• Respond to client inquiries via email
• Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
• Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of info before it is entered.
• Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Track and respond to case-related inquiries (via email, telephone, and live chat) based on internal guidelines Perform quality assurance reviews, verifying data and processing requirements and make corrections as necessary Maintain records

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50 / hr.
