You are a Licensed Therapist who's registered with California BBS. You're a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge with peers, and you have a genuine interest in working with adolescents in a residential treatment setting. If that describes you, this role offers some compelling advantages.

You will :

This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday. You'll be supporting clients at two adolescent residential facilities. The pay range is $100K to $110K, depending upon your experience.

The Job

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will work with the clinical staff in the assessment of client needs, treatment planning, and facilitation. You'll advocate for options and services to meet an individual's mental and physical health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes. You'll work with both residential clients in two separate facilities, approximately 20-25 minutes apart.

You'll manage a reasonable caseload and be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions at each location every week.
