This Patient Services Representative Position Features :

Great Pay to $26 / hr

Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Immediate need for 2 Patient services Representatives at this world-renowned medical organization. These positions will directly support multiple providers within their department with the following duties :

Process patient referrals

Schedule appointments and follow-ups

Submit Insurance Authorizations

Collect necessary medical records from referring physicians and general providers

Update patient charts in EPIC

Investigate insurance denials

Ensure that all necessary information is collected so that patient appointments may move forward as planned.

Requirements :

2 years of prior patient scheduling experience

2 years of experience submitting insurance authorizations

2 years of recent experience with an EMR (Epic preferred)
