This Patient Services Representative Position Features :

Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Immediate need for 2 Patient services Representatives at this world-renowned medical organization. These positions will directly support multiple providers within their department with the following duties :

  • Process patient referrals
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups
  • Submit Insurance Authorizations
  • Collect necessary medical records from referring physicians and general providers
  • Update patient charts in EPIC
  • Investigate insurance denials
  • Ensure that all necessary information is collected so that patient appointments may move forward as planned.
  • Requirements :

  • 2 years of prior patient scheduling experience
  • 2 years of experience submitting insurance authorizations
  • 2 years of recent experience with an EMR (Epic preferred)
