Desktop Support Engineer
Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer based out at San Francisco, CA. Job Duration : Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension).
Responsibilities :
- Resolve complex issues that may not be well documented, and apply your knowledge to improving and creating support procedures and documentation
- Manage our IT ticket queue to ensure service level agreements are met
- Manage and troubleshoot Gaming PC, printers, and other IT-related site equipment
- Manage our IT assets through the entire lifecycle, onboarding, repairs, and secure disposal
- Image, and deploy laptops for employees both locally and remote
- Analyze competing tasks, assess technical risk, and communicate impact to the business and team
