Job Description

Perform customer service such as opening new accounts for Specialized Banking customers and assisting customers with queries concerning the bank's products and services according to the Bank's standards, procedures and policies. Increase the Bank's market share by maximizing sales and referral opportunities through relationship management and business developments efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a complete range of customer services to Specialized Banking customers, including opening new accounts, explaining available bank products and services, and gathering customer compliance and corporate information in support of department strategic growth.
• Implement consistent consultative selling practices on a daily basis while interacting with highly sophisticated and complex clients.
• Proactively prospect for new business by participating in events, industry meetings and gathering referrals from existing clients.
• Actively refers loan cross-departmental sales opportunities to appropriate bank personnel
• Demonstrate commitment to servicing and building customer relationship
• Responsible for operational compliance and adherence to bank policies and procedures
• Perform onsite calls with VP of Business Development.
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the bank, promoting good-will by being an active member of the community
• Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned
