Overview
A large national law firm is seeking a Docketing Coordinator to join its litigation support team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing deadlines and supporting attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment.
The firm offers a hybrid schedule after training with 3 days onsite required per week. Open to candidates in Atlanta, Washington DC, or New York.
Responsibilities
- Manage deadlines and filings across multiple courts in the docketing system.
- Review legal documents, calculate and distribute response dates, and prepare reports.
- Research cases and court information using PACER and other databases.
- Respond to inquiries regarding calendared events, pleadings, and procedures.
- Collaborate with paralegals, assistants, and business staff; assist with cite checking and related tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate's with experience considered); paralegal certificate a plus.3–5 years' experience in litigation docketing or paralegal support.Strong knowledge of court rules, filings, and electronic docketing.Proficiency with docketing software, research tools, and MS Office.Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.Compensation : $55,000-$75,000 per year
