State Licensed VP of LTSS Operations

A company is looking for a VP of LTSS - Health Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive strategy and leadership for long-term services and supports (LTSS) operations and compliance management

Develop and execute strategic, tactical, and operational goals for programs that support independent living for older adults and individuals with disabilities

Assess and communicate LTSS performance, opportunities, and risks while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

At least 12 years of experience in health care leading state Medicaid long-term care services programs

At least 7 years of experience managing and developing a team

Clinical licensure and / or certification required if mandated by state regulations

Experience in program development and implementation across regulatory agencies

Ability to lead change management and cross-enterprise initiatives
