Job Summary

The Epic Willow Ambulatory / Specialty Pharmacy Analyst is responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and supporting the Epic Willow Ambulatory and Specialty Pharmacy modules and workflows. This role involves performing in-depth analyses of patient and staff workflows, providing informed recommendations and solutions that align with the organization's business requirements, and focusing on improving the patient experience.

The Application Analyst Lead provides advanced technical support and leadership for complex clinical and business applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs. This role leads application administration efforts, coordinating team resources to analyze user needs, implement and optimize systems, and troubleshoot technical issues. As a team leader, the Application Analyst Lead prioritizes tasks, manages work plans, and facilitates communication across teams to meet deadlines and resolve escalated issues. This position ensures seamless integration of applications with cross-functional systems and guides projects or project tasks to successful completion.

Education

• Preferred : Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
• Acceptable : Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with 13 years of relevant experience
